Came in today for an oil change and was extremely pleasantly surprised by the experience!! I talked to who I believed to be the owner and he was very friendly and personable. (Pro tip: If you want to use Groupon, most places are more than happy to match the Groupon price so you pay them directly and they get all the money from the sale! Easier for you and better for the owners.) I was practically in an out of the shop and waited in a very clean and comfortable waiting room. As a woman, it can be hard to trust in mechanics but there was full transparency with pricing, and for the first time they didn't try to charge me for a ton of other unnecessary services. I also really liked how the owner spoke to his employees with kindness and respect. Definitely check this place out! It's a new owner in an old place and they really deserve to do well. ~ Estefania T

The team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The work was done on time, and my car’s been running smoothly since. The shop is clean, organized, and seems to be making all the right moves to earn a solid reputation in the community. I was here for the alignment and rotation. If you call them they will match price to Coupon. I really appreciated Max. He was super hospitable. Funny guy and the free coffee was great. I would also like to mention Eli was extremely caring and helpful. He answered questions I had about the parts. They checked the car and noticed issues that had already been told to me by other mechanics so they definitely know what they are doing. The waiting area is also very nice. I watched them do the work and everything went smoothly. I would come back again. ~ Luciene E

The owner Max and his staff was amazing! Very honest guy and will make time to breakdown your vehicle issues to you and get the job done in a timely fashion. Him and his staff stayed moving around taking their work very serious. I started going to this shop and the other one on West Commercial Blvd a few months ago and I have no complaints at all. This could not have been a better experience! I went in for an oil change, using a Groupon I had found. Went in first thing in the morning and it was done quickly. I needed to have my brake pads replaced as well and was given a fair quote so I decided to have it taken care of it while I was there as well. The work was completed before the time quoted. Family owned business with great customer service!! I was greeted and taken care of right away! Max provided great customer service and was very straight & direct! Showed me exactly what was wrong and provided a solution immediately, he helped through the entire process & they have an amazing coffee machine while you wait! Prestige auto tire and repair was amazing. They were quick and efficient. The whole crew, Aj was very informative and even the owner max told me to swing by and they fixed my tire when other shops said they couldn’t. Dmitrii fixed my tire and was in and out. We had just finished a cruise and picked up our car on a Sunday from the parking lot in a mile later My tire pressure light came on. Sure enough there was a nail in the tire. Luckily the shop was open. They took us right in and within 30 to 40 minutes, my tire was patched extremely reasonable price. The owner was very nice and friendly. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back. ~ Jill B

Excellent place to go to, i just moved in the area and needed a quick oil change, they where fast efficient and extremely accommodating. The manager is extremely nice and accommodating, my experience was good enough for me to come back and attempt to get other work done on my vehicle, if the service continues with this level of consistency i have found a gem of a place to go to. ~ Swen M

My husband brought our car here today for new brakes, rotors and fluid. The pricing was great, the car felt very safe afterwards and the service is top tier—we were treated like old friends, we felt very comfortable and will come back (hopefully not soon) but when needed again. I came across Prestige and saw they had all 5 star ratings. I thought what gives, no one has 5 stars across the board...long story short I am writing this 5 star review. Great service at Prestige Auto Repair in Oakland Park! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nice waiting area, free coffee, TV, plugs, Didn't see a restroom but there might be one available. Made appointment Tuesday for Wednesday morning. Came in off a Groupon a friend sent me - Oil change on my poorly maintained 😔😔 KIA Forte. Normal price about $75 (Full Synthetic) - I paid $15 for the oil disposal which is normally included. During the full inspection (included with the oil change) they found the rear brakes needed replacing (they did I bought the wrong brakes and returned and then completely forgot to continue) they did the brakes and rotors (special $380) Full charge $395 plus 7% sales tax I did use tap to pay for my credit card and I think that's where the $11.85 service fee came from so just ask if they charge less if you pay cash if that's an option for you. I did not use this option **** They also offer financing through American First Finance. Seems to be 3 months no interest - there is a $35 loan fee and you do pay the sales tax, not sure if there are any additional fees for using the financing. The loan app comes to your phone through a link, you do have to provide your full social and verify your phone number via text and then provide your debit card and routing information for your bank. ~ Cherysh B

I came here for a wheel, alignment and oil change and got great service from Yogi and his crew. Very good prices and honest work. He let me know about a potential issue that I should look out for and come back if it arises, he didn’t try to sell me. Crap I didn’t need. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend ~ Kevin B

Best experience ever the chairs were soft and nice the service was amazing went into detail about my car and told me when the next service they even went out of the way to do a multi point inspection of the car and answers any question that I ask.
